Returns only on hair that has not been colored are customized to the buyer's request. Hair that can be returned must be unworn, uncut and no hair product use on the item. Must be in original state. You are responsible for your return shipping unless there was a mistake done to hair by us. All return must be approved before sending. Please contact us before doing a return. Return for approve item will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Can be mixed with blended color for an extra $45 fee. if you need platinum color that will be special orders.

 Can be dye, curl and straightened.

 We do not accept returns on Custom-made designs, all sale are final.

Crochet Hats cannot be machine wash it will damage the brim. Others Crochet items should be washed and dry low setting to prevent damage or loose wool. Best to dry clean
